Fax Page Rewards
Send fax pages with FaxyFox and you earn discounts on FaxyFox shirts. These are the rules of the programme, in plain language.
Your first 20 fax pages are free, and they count toward rewards — you can reach the first discount without buying anything.
1. What Counts
A page counts when the fax it belongs to is successfully delivered. Pages are counted per fax page, not per document or per recipient.
Both free and paid pages count, exactly the same.
These do not count:
- Faxes that failed or were cancelled
- Repeat attempts at the same fax — one fax counts once, however many times it is retried
- Pages you uploaded but never sent
- Faxes you receive
Your page total never expires and never resets. Reaching a milestone does not set it back to zero.
Pages you sent before the programme started count too. Every fax FaxyFox has delivered for you is already included in your total, so you may arrive with rewards waiting.
2. The Rewards
There are four milestones, each earned once:
- 10 pages — 10% off one shirt
- 25 pages — 25% off one shirt
- 50 pages — 50% off one shirt
- 100 pages — one free shirt, with shipping included
Each reward is earned separately. Reaching 50 pages does not cancel an unused 10% or 25% reward.
3. How a Reward Is Used
There is no code to enter. When you are signed in, your best unused reward is applied automatically at checkout.
Each reward applies to one shirt, one time. If your basket holds several shirts, the reward comes off the most expensive one.
Rewards cannot be combined with each other or with another offer. A reward is used up when an order containing it is paid for.
You must be signed in to your FaxyFox account for a reward to apply — we cannot tell who you are otherwise.
4. The Free Shirt
The 100-page reward is one free shirt per account, and it includes standard shipping.
You choose any design and size from the FaxyFox shop. Rewards apply to FaxyFox shirts only — not to fax credits, fax numbers, or anything else.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
FaxyFox shirts are printed on demand, so merchandise sales are final. See our return policy for what happens if an item arrives damaged or wrong.
If an order using a discount reward is cancelled or refunded before it ships, that reward is returned to your account. A free shirt that has already been produced is not returned, because the shirt was made.
6. Fair Use
The programme is for people sending real faxes. We may withhold or reverse rewards where page totals have been inflated artificially — for example by repeatedly faxing the same material to a number you control.
We will not penalise ordinary heavy use. Sending a lot of real faxes is exactly what this is for.
7. Changes, and Things Still to Confirm
We may change or end this programme. Rewards you have already earned will be honoured.
The following are not yet finalised: whether the programme is open to customers outside the United States and Canada, and whether unused rewards expire after a period. Rewards earned before either is settled will be honoured.
